Who controls your data

Luxury Bathrooms Exeter is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Our address is Topsham Road, Exeter, EX2 6EU, and we work across Devon and the surrounding areas. You can reach us about anything in this policy by email at info@luxurybathroomsexeter.co.uk or by telephone on 01392 321032.

What we collect

Through the enquiry forms on this site we collect only what we need to respond:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your telephone number
  • The service you are enquiring about, and any detail you choose to add
  • The page of this site the enquiry was submitted from, so we can see what you were reading

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we never ask for bank details, card numbers or passwords by email. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and there is no tracking pixel on it.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange and carry out a design consultation, prepare drawings and a quotation, and - if you go ahead - to deliver and guarantee the work. Where we have completed a project for you, we keep a record of what was installed and the warranties registered in your name, because that is what makes the guarantee meaningful.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with marketing companies, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.

Legal basis

For responding to an enquiry, our lawful basis is legitimate interests - you have contacted us asking to be contacted back, and replying is what you would reasonably expect. For a project we are carrying out for you, the basis is performance of a contract. Where we keep records of completed work for warranty purposes, the basis is legitimate interests together with our legal obligations around building work and certification.

Who else sees it

Form submissions from this website are processed by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our email inbox. Our email is provided by a standard commercial email provider. Where a project requires it, we share the minimum necessary information with a registered electrician or other trade working on your job, and with a local authority building control body where notifiable work has to be certified. That is the extent of it.

Images on this website are delivered by Cloudinary, a content delivery network. Your browser requests images from them in the normal way that any website serves images.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as the guarantee and our legal obligations require, and then deleted. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to be told what we hold about you and to receive a copy of it, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have your information deleted where there is no overriding reason for us to keep it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email info@luxurybathroomsexeter.co.uk and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we have the chance to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date at the top of it. This policy was last updated on 26 July 2026.
